Sometimes down time is much more expensive than overnight freight charges and our expedite fees. For these circumstances we have developed our expedited services. With expedited services we will “drop everything” and perform the following:
- Expedited check in — unit will be delivered directly to the calibration/repair department avoiding all queues
- Immediate attention — our technicians will begin work on your unit within one hour of receipt.
- Return shipment — We can ship via all of the major delivery couriers and we waive our shipment cutoff time for all expedited orders. We will make sure that the unit ships the same day that it is finished.
